About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aesthetic & Laser Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our two dermatology aesthetic & laser centers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in aesthetic & laser services, and a background in aesthetic retail or medical spa management. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional patient experiences, and consistent team and business performance. This is a non-performing, non-commissioning position although being able to assists with consults as needed is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, perform and manage daily operations across both centers.
- Supervise, train, and support front desk, clinical, and aesthetic staff.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and product pricing for skincare and aesthetic supplies.
- Develop and promote monthly specials and marketing campaigns on DermPro (OLS) and social media.
- Oversee aesthetic events, including patient appreciation days and staff training sessions.
- Maintain accurate system updates in Modernizing Medicine and DermPro (OLS).
- Analyze sales data, manage cash handling, and ensure operational profitability.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience that reflects our center’s professionalism and care standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in aesthetic, laser, dermatology, or medical spa management (required).
- Proven background in retail or clinic operations, team leadership, and sales growth.
- Knowledge of skincare services and products, injectables, and laser procedures.
- Proficiency with Modernizing Medicine, DermPro (OLS), or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
